foOd of the Cordillerans!

Our lunch for this Saturday and this is my third to eat PINIKPIKAN, a Cordilleran chicken stew. They usually term this KILLING ME SOFTLY since you must hit the chicken many times until the last breath. Basically they boil the chicken (burned) like tinola added with sayote and bhawla its ready to eat!
